This concept is at the heart of my coaching practice, through which I have had the privilege of supporting many people to focus clearly on their near and longer-term career goals, navigate transitions with confidence and deliver the impact they desire.
Drawing on my experience of leading high-performing teams as well as advising C-suite/Board-level decision making, I work with executives who are keen to identify their legacy, build credibility and make a difference.
